Therefore guidelines :need:`gd_guidl__qlm_plan_definitions`, :need:`gd_guidl__wp_review` and a :need:`doc_concept__quality_process` are available. General Workflow **************** One goal of the Quality Management Process is to ensure that the project is following the defined processes and that the quality of the deliverables is according to the requirements. The Quality Management process follows an continuous approach. The workflows are defined in the :ref:`quality_workflows` section. The following workflows shall be executed continuously: * Consult and Execute Quality Trainings * Monitor/Improve Quality Activities For every release, the following workflows are executed: * Create/Maintain Quality Management Plan * Verify/Approve Platform Release * Execute Platform Process Audit * Execute Execute Feature Contribution Conformance Checks * Execute Work Product Reviews For open issues the issue tracking system is used to track the issues and to ensure that they are resolved in time. The issue tracking system is defined in the :need:`wp__issue_track_system`.
